Calendar of Events!

1) 'Cocktail Receptions & Board Meetings': 

We host six per year...one every other month at the beautiful home of Cicardi & Susan Bruce [GPS: 207 Tuma Lane, Chesterfield MO, 63005 or call 314-941-0779 if lost]. Past gatherings were on January 3rd, 2015 and March 16, 2015. The next gathering is on May 4, 2015. Bring a guest and a snack to share...we provide the entree and bar beverage. No entry fee.

At these meetings we network, have appetizers and beverages from 6:30 pm to 7:30. We have a brief 'update meeting' for all of our board members - and their guests - that are present from 7:30 pm to 8:15. Then, a few depart and the majority continue to network, eat, drink and enjoy themselves until 9:30. Our goal at this type of gathering is to make sure every board member knows they can bring a guest to expose them to our three all-volunteer organizations, have fun and get an update on all of our events. Committees for events and special projects are formed by a Chair and Co-Chair at these types of meetings. 

Committee meetings are held 'as needed' by the committee Chair & Co-Chair with a team of volunteers that are working on specific events [ie: Weekly Monday Networking Meetings,

Bi-Monthly Cocktail Reception & Board Meetings, Annual Holiday Gala, Annual Golf Tournament, Annual Car & Motorcycle Show, etc.] or special projects [ie: Two Internet Newspapers, Two Internet Radio Programs, Veterans, Sister Cities, Regional Affairs, Mentoring Programs, Political Affairs, Documentary, etc.]

2) 'Special Event at a Special Venue':

On July 13, 2015 we will host our summer 'Cocktail Reception & Board Meeting' at the beautiful mansion of Harold & Jill Lewis at Lake Saint Louis from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. Bring a guest and an appetizer to share...we provide the bar beverage. The Lewis' will be elected to our Honorary Board at this event. Stay tuned for our newsletter for details.

3) '12th Annual Car & Motorcycle Show': 

On July 19 this event will be hosted at the World's Fair Pavilion in Forest Park and Chaired again by Dr. Jim Logan.

4) 'Kaufman Fund Annual Golf Tournament':

5) '50th Anniversary' of the St. Louis Arch: 

On October 28 this black-tie-optional event will be hosted at the amazing Rotunda of the Old Courthouse with a spectacular view of the St. Louis Gateway Arch.
